BREAKING: Supreme Court Delivers Brutal Blow to Hillary… Trump Thrilled

The Supreme Court delivered a devastating blow to Democrat front-runner Hillary Clinton’s presidential aspirations when it announced last week that it would not block Texas’s strict but reasonable photo ID law — meaning that Clinton cannot rely on voter fraud to help her in the general election against likely opponent Donald Trump.

According to USA Today, the contentious law permits voters to identify themselves at the polling booths with only a select few types of photo IDs — namely those handed out by the state and not, as an example, colleges.
Civil rights groups have argued that the law discriminates against minorities and “could be fatal” if not blocked before the November election, but for now, they must sit tight and simply wait.

Specifically, they must wait for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit to hear the case next month. If the court fails to reach a decision, then the Supreme Court might itself vote on the matter some time after July 20.

The battle in Texas originally began in 2011, when federal officials tried to block the law by citing a provision in the Voting Rights Act. After the Supreme Court struck down that provision in 2013, nullifying the feds’ argument, civil rights groups took up the case in the district court system.
This led to a federal judge eventually striking down the Texas photo ID law in 2014. Only three days later, however, a three-judge panel on the appeals court blocked the federal judge’s order from going into effect until a decision on the state’s appeal was made.

That decision was finally made in August 2015, when the panel ruled that the law was discriminatory but encouraged the two sides to compromise. But then just last month, the entire appeals court decided to rehear the case.
It’s big a long, arduous trek for Texas, and there still remains a chance that its photo ID law might eventually be struck down, but for now, it gets to continue demanding that voters show a state-issued photo ID at the polls.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is really bad news for Hillary but awesome news for her chief rival, GOP front-runner Donald Trump.

These Six Charts Show Investors Don't Have Faith in U.S. Stocks

While $3 trillion has been added to equities in 11 weeks and the S&P 500 has recently been points from a record, you couldn’t tell from the behavior of investors. From flows to exchange-traded funds to levels of short interest and valuations for defensive stocks, bearish sentiment rules. Here are six charts that show how skeptical investors still are.

Seeking Safety

Four of the five most popular exchange-traded funds this year are ones purporting to offer less risky investments than the stock market at large, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Among them is the iShares MSCI Minimum Volatility ETF, which has garnered $4.7 billion in cash, more than any other fund. That compares with its three-year total flow of $7.6 billion.

Buyers Go Missing

The only type of investor buying stocks this year has been the companies that issued them, according to Bank of America Corp. The bank’s institutional, private and hedge fund clients were net sellers of equities in the week ending April 25. On average, those clients have sold a total $1.7 billion in stocks the past four weeks.

Short-Sellers Dig in Heels

The rebound in the S&P 500 hasn’t done much to shake short-sellers of their conviction. Even after wavering in March, the average short interest as a percent of shares outstanding in U.S. stocks is at 4.1 percent, higher than at the start of the year and at one of the highest levels of the bull market.

Mutual Fund Mess

It doesn’t seem investors have regained faith in active managers since the start of the year erased $3 trillion in equity value. They’ve pulled money out of mutual funds for at least eight straight weeks, according to Investment Company Institute. Can you blame them?

The Losing VIX Bet

It’s not hard to see why investors in the first two months of the year developed an affinity for ETFs that pay off when volatility increases. Why they’ve continued to add money to the funds as the S&P 500 slipped into its quietest period of the year is a bit more puzzling. Still, shares outstanding in one security, the VelocityShares Daily 2x VIX Short-Term ETN, remain at an all-time high.

Paying for Defense

Investors started buying defensive industries at the beginning of the year and haven’t looked back. The price-earnings ratios of consumer staples, utilities and telecom stocks have risen faster in the past six months than any other group in the index apart from energy and materials shares, whose valuations have risen amid a drop in earnings.

Obama Administration Set To Give Israel Largest Aid Package In U.S. History

If the reports coming out of Israeli media are true, the new agreement with Israel would be the largest amount of aid provided to any country in U.S. history.

After 83 US senators send a letter to the White House, urging President Obama to sign a military aid deal with Israel, White House official says, ‘We are prepared to sign an MOU with Israel that would constitute largest single military pledge’ in US history.
The United States plans to offer Israel the largest military assistance package in US history, according to an Obama administration official.
“We are prepared to sign an MOU (memorandum of understanding) with Israel that would constitute the largest single pledge of military assistance to any country in US history,” a White House official told Reuters.
The statement came hours after 83 US senators sent a letter to President Obama, urging him to reach a military assistance deal with Israel.
“In light of Israel’s dramatically rising defense challenges, we stand ready to support a substantially enhanced new long-term agreement to help provide Israel the resources it requires to defend itself and preserve its qualitative military edge,” said the letter.
The US and Israel have been engaged in intense negotiations in recent months to outline US military aid to Israel for the next 10 years.

Israel is demanding $40 billion over the next ten years, a sizeable jump from the $30 billion over 10 years given to Israel over the past decade.
The tentative agreement is yet one more example of the falsity of the left-right paradigm that sees the “right” accuse the false “left” of being “weak on terror,” “weak on Iran,” and “anti-Israel” all while the false “left” is actually launching wars across the world, bullying Iran into accepting a deal it should by no means have to accept, and giving Israel the largest amount of assistance in U.S. history.

ISIS Releases New Kill List of 3,600 Random New Yorkers — FBI to Visit Each Personally

The info was reportedly posted on an ISIS-only channel along with the statement, “We want them #Dead” — because even terrorists know the importance of hashtags.

While there are government employees who work for DHS and the State Department included on the list, there are also just a bunch of random people on there for seemingly no reason.

“While our standard practice is to decline comment on specific operational and investigative matters, the FBI routinely notifies individuals and organizations of information collected during the course of an investigation that may be perceived as potentially threatening in nature,” the FBI said in a statement.
Maybe the Mirror just exaggerated the headline there a bit? (Then again, that’s kind of a weird phone call to have to make…)

Hundreds Of Pages of TTIP Agreement Leaked

Greenpeace has leaked hundreds of pages of the controversial Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) which show that negotiations may be in danger of collapsing.
According to newly leaked documents, the United States and the European Union are divided on certain agreements to the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). After releasing the documents, Greenpeace Netherlands stated:

These documents make clear the scale and scope of the trade citizens of the United States and the European Union are being asked to make in pursuit of corporate profits. It is time for the negotiations to stop, and the debate to begin.
Should we be able to act when we have reasonable grounds to believe our health and wellbeing is at risk, or must we wait until the damage is done?

The TTIP has been negotiated in secret and the only information available to the public has come from unofficial leaks. “Now that we can see the actual texts, the EU negotiators have nowhere left to hide,” John Hilary, the executive director of War on Want, told The Independent. “The gloves are off, and they know they are in for a proper fight.”
The Independent reports that the documents indicate the U.S. is attempting to change regulation in Europe to lower environmental protections, consumer rights, and other policies important to EU citizens. The documents show that trade representatives on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean have experienced “irreconcilable” differences that could possibly interfere with negotiations.
Greenpeace complains that corporations are being “granted a privileged voice in important decisions” and intervening at the “earliest stages of the decision making process”.
“TTIP is being cooked up behind closed doors because when ordinary people find out about the threat it poses to democracy and consumer protections, they are of course opposed to it,” said Guy Taylor, trade campaigner at Global Justice Now. “It’s no secret that the negotiations have been on increasingly shaky ground. Millions of people across Europe have signed petitions against TTIP, and hundreds of thousands have taken to the streets to call for an end to the negotiations.
Just weeks ago, Activist Post reported an estimated 40,000–90,000 people marched against the trade deal in Hannover, Germany.  The protests were organized by an “anti-free-trade alliance” made up of numerous groups, including trade unions, environmental activists and church groups. There has been massive opposition to the TTIP in Germany. In April 2015, thousands of Germans also took to the streets to oppose the TTIP.
In 2015, Reuters reported that, “a recent YouGov poll showed that 43 percent of Germans believe TTIP would be bad for the country, compared to 26 percent who see it as positive.” In a recent survey by Germany’s Bertelsmann Foundation, only 1 in 5 Germans said they were in favor of TTIP. Still, Merkel told the press that adopting the TTIP would help European economies grow. “We need to speed matters up now,” she said. Obama praised Merkel, calling her a “consistent and ready” leader.
Supporters of the TTIP believe the deal will make trade cheaper and easier, while boosting the economy. Opponents of the agreement have focused on dangers to environmental and consumer protections. During the press conference, Obama said it was necessary to enact the TTIP because 95% of markets are outside the United States.  President Obama said he was confident the TTIP would be finished by the end of the year, and that the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), which covers 12 pacific nations, would  “start moving forward” after the U.S. presidential election. The TTIP is the European version of the TPP. The TPP has faced waves of resistance over the last several years for the same corporate influence that has tainted negotiations of the TTIP.

Stories appearing on several Ukrainian Web sites claim Israel has brought around some 25,000 Ukrainian children into the country over the past two years in order to harvest their organs.
The claim, which was made by a Ukrainian philosophy professor and author at a pseudo-academic conference in Kiev five days ago, is the latest expression of a wave of anti-Semitism in the country. It comes a few months after a Swedish tabloid ran an article alleging that Israel Defense Forces soldiers have killed Palestinian civilians for their organs.
Jews, Israel and anti-Semitism have become a major motif of the presidential election campaign in Ukraine, with some figures making anti-Semitic statements and others condemning them. Some candidates, including a Jew and someone whose rivals claim is Jewish, blame a third rival – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko – for bringing anti-Semitism into the race.
“Ukraine’s political system is a parody of democracy,” Russia’s Chief Rabbi, Berel Lazar, said.
Vyacheslav Gudin told the estimated 300 attendees of the Kiev conference a detailed story about a Ukrainian man’s fruitless search for 15 children who had been adopted in Israel. The children, Gudin said, had clearly been taken by Israeli medical centers, where they were used for “spare parts.” Gudin said it was essential that all Ukrainians be made aware of the genocide Israel was perpetrating.
The conference, some of whose participants belong to a Slavic-rights movement, also featured two professors who presented a book blaming “the Zionists” for the Ukrainian famine of the 1930s as well as the country’s current condition.

1 de mayo de 2015.- El Colegio Nacional de Abogados de Estados Unidos (NLG, por sus siglas en inglés) exigió este jueves al presidente del país norteamericano, Barack Obama, que derogue inmediatamente la orden ejecutiva firmada el pasado 9 de marzo, el cual define a Venezuela como una "amenaza inusual y extraordinaria".

"Si nuestro Presidente cree en el imperio de la ley, él no debería realizar este tipo de declaraciones falsas basadas en el cinismo; especialmente declaraciones que traen consigo graves consecuencias", expresó Azadeh Shahshahani, presidente de la NLG, de acuerdo a nota de prensa de la Cancillería venezolana.

La organización, además, considera que afirmaciones como las expuestas en la orden ejecutiva viola el derecho nacional e internacional "y además sólo contribuye a aislar aún más a EEUU en la región", refiere el texto.

El NLG ha conocido el carácter democrático de la Revolución Bolivariana, pues ha enviado siete delegaciones para presenciar procesos electorales de Venezuela, incluyendo los comicios presidenciales del 2013.

Este organismo fue creado en 1937 como la primera asociación racialmente integrada que abogaba por la protección de los derechos constitucionales, humanos y civiles, cita el texto.

Luego de que el presidente Obama emitiera el Decreto Ejecutivo, el Gobierno Bolivariano inició distintas acciones para defender al país de esa agresión, creando así la campaña Venezuela No Es Una Amenaza, Somos Esperanza, iniciada el pasado 19 de marzo.

Dicha campaña tuvo como fin recolectar 10 millones de firmas del pueblo para acompañar la petición de Venezuela al Gobierno norteamericano de derogar la orden, solicitud que se concretó durante la reciente Cumbre de las Américas, celebrada en Panamá.

La NASA tiembla, ante la afirmacion de CHINA que ESTADOS UNIDOS nunca fue a la LUNA

 

La agencia espacial de China afirma que EE.UU. nunca ha ido a la Luna ¡¡¡... ¿Podría ser esta la razón por Nvidia está tratando de probar que la NASA realmente fue a la luna?... ¿La NASA comienza a entrar en pánico?, ahora tanto China como la India comenzaran a decir verdades que antes nunca se sabrian.

¿Será que ahora la zonda espacial Mars 'Curiosity' Rover, empieza a sacar más imagenes con objetos extraños en Marte, ya que entre más imagenes mande la sonda espacial MOM (Mars Orbiter Mission) de la India más cosas se sabrán.

Beijing.  Altos funcionarios del programa espacial chino han salido a expresar sus sentimientos de que los alunizajes norteamericanos "eran un engaño total", informa el Beijing Daily Express.

200 funcionarios de alto nivel del Programa Espacial de China han firmado una petición pidiendo explicaciones al gobierno estadounidense y la divulgación de información clasificada de la NASA,  sobre los viajes de norteamericanos a la Luna, y que demuestren al mundo que los viajes a la Luna no son más que una broma elaborada y orquestada para engañar al mundo sobre las capacidades del programa espacial de Estados Unidos.

Estas acusaciones han llegado a través del reciente análisis de las imágenes tomadas desde el vehículo lunar chino que supuestamente no encontró ningun rastros de los aterrizajes de los  norteamericanos en la Luna, por lo cual afirman es una gran estafa para el mundo.

Fotos tomadas de Yutu, el vehículo lunar chino, que ha aterrizado en la luna, donde  muestra que no existe ninguna prueba de los aterrizajes de los norteamericanos.

El mundialmente reconocido ingeniero nuclear ruso Yury Ignatyevich Mukhin también ha firmado la petición, así como una docena de otros mejores ingenieros rusos y ex agentes de la KGB que afirman que el Gobierno ruso "siempre había sido consciente de la situación desde la década de 1970"

Estos descubrimientos recientes podrían extrañamente dar crédito a los teóricos de la conspiración quienes han afirmado durante décadas que Estados Unidos nunca había ido a la luna, pero que los alunizajes norteamericanos eran más que un elaborado engaño para ensuciar a Rusia en la carrera espacial y, finalmente, la carrera de armamentos nucleares, con el propósito de arruinar Rusia, al igual que la financiación de las fuerzas muyahidín durante la guerra soviética en Afganistán la cual tuvo con éxito.

Su argumento: porque el sol está detrás del módulo lunar, y Aldrin está en su sombra, Aldrin debe haber sido iluminado por algo más que el sol. "Alguna fuente de luz auxiliar. Tal vez en un estudio de back-lot studio . Tal vez en algún lugar de Los Ángeles"

Nvidia está convencido de que su equipo desmintió a los detractores. Pero no todos están convencidos y todavía mucha gente cree que nunca fueron a la Luna.

As Obama Preps To Send Troops Into Syria The US Gov’t Is Already Planning Their Next Major Coup

A nonviolent coup to depose a democratically-elected president and install some of the most corrupt politicians — who, not coincidentally happen to be favored by the U.S. political establishment — is currently underway in Brazil. As the public’s attention zeroes on the readying of troops for deployment to Syria, the U.S. government has been able to quietly lend its approval to the crooked and baseless move to oust Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff.
Indeed, though the controversy over quintupling U.S. ground troops in Syria — despite vows by the Obama administration at least 16 times there would be ‘no boots on the ground’ — constitutes a valid and pertinent debate, it can’t be allowed to obfuscate what’s taking place in Brazil.
To understand the importance of the ongoing tumult, you need only look at who matters to both the Brazilian and U.S. political elite — and it clearly isn’t the 54 million people who re-elected Brazil’s first female president just 18 months ago.

In fact, the U.S. State Department has all but publicly asserted its support for the usurpation of power by Brazil’s center-right Social Democracy Party (PDSB) — perhaps because, as has been suggested by many, U.S. fingerprints are all over the coup. What better way to thwart Brazil’s successful dealings with Russia and China, as part of the BRICS economic alliance, than to insert an oligarchical leader whose party heavily favors U.S. interests.
First, it’s necessary to revisit the mechanics of the coup as well as the controversy surrounding those involved.
Brazil’s lower house of Congress voted to impeach Rousseff on April 17 on the premise of her alleged complicity in albeit relatively minor corruption. But the true impetus for Rousseff’s removal, contrary to the narrative championed by Brazil’s corporate media, is transparently evidenced in those calling for it — and in whom they wish to replace her with.
Bruno Araújo, a congressman who has been implicated as possibly receiving funds from a construction giant embroiled in a corruption scandal, helped tip the vote for impeachment earlier this month. Araújo, as the Intercept reported, belongs to the same PDSB party that lost four elections in a row to Rousseff’s Worker’s Party (PT).
“[T]he most important means for understanding the truly anti-democratic nature of what’s taking place,” the Intercept’s Glenn Greenwald explained, “is to look at the person whom Brazilian oligarchs and their media organs are trying to install as president: the corruption-tainted, deeply unpopular, oligarch-serving Vice President Michael Temer.”
For all the negative attention trained on Rousseff, Temer’s unpopular image and duplicitous dealings are worse, and could be worthy of his own impeachment proceedings. And he isn’t alone.
“Altogether, 60 percent of the 594 members of Brazil’s Congress face serious charges like bribery, electoral fraud, illegal deforestation, kidnapping and homicide,” as The New York Times cited corruption watchdog, Transparency Brazil.
But PDSB seeks to bypass that not-at-all minor detail through Rouseff’s impeachment — which, if successful, would automatically bring Temer to power — much to the satisfaction of the United States government.
To wit, another major figure pushing for the removal of Rousseff, Senator Aloysio Nunes, traveled to Washington, D.C., the day after the impeachment vote to consult with the third most powerful State Department official, Thomas Shannon, in a closed-door meeting.
As co-director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research, Mark Weisbrot, explained in an article for the Huffington Post, Shannon had no obligatory duty to meet with Nunes — but his doing so sent a clear message of at least tacit acceptance of the impeachment proceedings by the White House.
U.S. support of the current coup echoes that of the previous Brazilian coup in 1964 — a violent usurpation of power by U.S.-friendly dictator, during which Dilma Rousseff, herself, became a victim of physical torture.
But perhaps the most telling indication of U.S. support for deposing Rousseff can be found in a detail of Nunes recent Washington trip. As the Intercept’s Andrew Fishman explained in an interview with Democracy Now, Nunes was a guest at a private luncheon thrown by the Albright Stonebridge Group — a firm co-founded by the former CEO of Kellogg and Madeleine Albright, former secretary of state under Bill Clinton.
“[O]ne of the senior advisers affiliated with the Albright Stonebridge Group,” Fishman, who is located in Brazil, noted, “is the leader of an organization down here that’s very involved in the push against the Dilma government.”
He added that “while the U.S. government hasn’t made any official stance” on Rousseff’s impending impeachment, “it seems pretty obvious as to what their stance is and which side they’re supporting or would support.”
