Hillary Clinton told supporters last year she would not hesitate to bomb the daylights out of Iran.
“I want the Iranians to know that if I’m president, we will attack Iran. In the next 10 years, during which they might foolishly consider launching an attack on Israel, we would be able to totally obliterate them,” she said at a Dartmouth College campaign event.
It looks like the Iranians are taking Clinton at her word now that it appears she may be the next president of the United States.
The Times of Israel reports “Tehran has deployed a recently delivered Russian-made long-range missile system to central Iran to protect its Fordo nuclear facility, state television said Sunday.”

“Continued opposition and hype on the S-300 or the Fordo site are examples of the viciousness of the enemy,” Khamenei said.
The S-300 system is a defense system not an assault one, but the Americans did their best for Iran not to get hold of it.The Fordo site is built into a mountain near the city of Qom. It reduced its output of enriched uranium after a deal struck last July with the United States, Britain, China, France, Germany, and Russia. 5,000 of its estimated 19,000 centrifuges remain operative for research purposes at the Fordo complex.
In May Iran announced it had deployed the Russian missiles at its Khatam al-Anbia Air Defense Base. Russia had penned a deal with Iran in 2007 to obtain the missiles but the United States and Israel pressured it not to deliver after it was claimed Iran was developing a nuclear weapon.
Following the cancellation and a renegotiated contract earlier this year, Iran was supplied with a more advanced version of the S-300 system.
